The President of Beni Suef University signs a cooperation agreement with the University of Paris-Saclay in France to fund scholarships for students and researchers

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, signed a common cooperation agreement with his counterpart, Professor Sylvie Ritaio, President of the University of Paris-Saclay in France, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Farghaly, Dean of the Graduate School of Advanced Sciences, and Dr. Walid Al-Ruby, the general coordinator of the protocol.For his part, Dr. Mansour Hassan stated that the agreement aims to fund scholarships for students and researchers from both sides, under the umbrella of the European Union through the (Erasmus Plus) project to exchange visits between students and faculty members, within the framework of the university’s plan to strengthen international partnerships with a number of Most prestigious international universities. In addition to providing opportunities for university students to gain experiences, exchange cultures, and promote joint scientific research, which in turn is positively reflected in the upgrading of the research level of students and researchers within the university.Dr. Ahmed Farghaly indicated that Faculty of Graduate Studies always seeks to make international partnerships and provide opportunities for graduate students to spend several months in an international university, and to find funding opportunities to serve the faculty and university students altogether, pointing out that the project is an extension of the fruitful cooperation with Paris Saclay University since 2017.Dr. Walid Al-Ruby explained that 38 opportunities will be provided to exchange students and professors between the two universities within three years, as Paris Saclay University receives 20 Egyptian students and professors, while Beni Suef University receives 18 students and professors from France.
